I had a decent experience during my stay a large room with a comfortable bed, and the staff was always around willing to help whenever needed. They even had those signature cookies, you know the ones, available all hours-nice little perk that made the nights sweeter.

It wasn't inexpensive but still fairly acceptable considering the amenities.

The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining spots like the Plaza El Segundo. We enjoyed some lovely patio brunches and even had the chance to check out the Mattel Toy Store right next door, which was a hit with the kids.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleaning services need improvement. It would be great if they provided a more thorough room cleaning, especially when accommodating families with little ones.

We had a fantastic family getaway with comfortable beds and great access to LAX. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our check-in quick and easy. Don't miss the onsite dining—it’s delicious! Pro-tip, Ask for extra towels upon arrival for convenience.

The hotel had a friendly staff and clean facilities, making for a decent stay. However, the check-in process was frustrating and some amenities were lacking, like the need for better housekeeping. Overall, it showed room for improvement in terms of service efficiency.

The King Room was super comfy, and it was nice to have complimentary water and cookies waiting for us upon arrival. With a great heated pool and sun terrace to relax on, we really enjoyed unwinding here after our travels. If I had to nitpick, the Wi-Fi could have been a bit faster, but it didn't take away from our overall stay. 😊

It was just a solid selection for a brief weekend stay in El Segundo with good value for the price. The rooms were clean, but I found a piece of chewing gum on the writing table, which was disgusting. Bring your own toiletries just in case. the hotel didn't supply enough.
